It is crazy how much power we have at our fingertips right now with AI, but very few people are actually taking advantage of it. Most people think they need a massive team or expensive third-party tools to build something great, but the truth is anyone can come up with a potentially award-winning app today. You just need the right workflow.

I love this specific process because I am a visual person. I don’t like reading huge blocks of text, and this workflow lets you handle the entire UX phase visually. We are pushing the limits of AI to extract the best user experience possible.

Step 1: Deep Market Research

Everything starts with research. Using Gemini’s deep research feature, you can drop a simple prompt like "I need a UX market research for a travel app" and it will generate a complete document covering user personas, competitive analysis, and technical requirements.

But here is the trick: don’t just read the report. Use the Create button. I use this to turn that dry data into:

A Visual Website: A clean, legible site that organizes the report for you.

An Infographic: Charts and graphs that make the numbers easy to digest.

A Presentation: A professional deck you can actually use in meetings without dumping a wall of text on people.

Step 2: Build Your Own Validation Tools

Validation is the most important step in UX, but you don't need to pay for survey software anymore. Gemini can actually build you a Market Research Suite.

I’m talking about a full-on web app with a front-end survey, a back-end database, and an admin dashboard. You can send a live link to users, collect their data, and export it as a CSV. You are essentially building your own mini-SaaS just to test your ideas.

Step 3: Finding Your USP & Visual Mockups

Once you have the data, ask Gemini for a Unique Selling Proposition (USP). It will suggest strategic frameworks based on real pain points like "zero-touch ingestion" or "group decision fatigue."

Instead of just reading about these solutions, ask for interactive mobile UI mockups. This lets you see the core solution in action before you even start designing the full app. This is the "Double Diamond" approach: explore multiple solutions visually, then pick the winner.

Step 4: The PRD and AI-Driven Design

Now we need the "Source of Truth", the Product Requirements Document (PRD). Gemini can generate an interactive PRD dashboard that acts as a live roadmap for your team.

From there, take those requirements into any ai tool for generating UI like UX Pilot.

Paste your PRD into the project context.

Generate your screens (like the homepage).

Take that design back to Gemini for a UX Audit.

Gemini will tell you what’s working and what needs optimization. If it suggests changes, ask for a single paragraph explaining those improvements, paste it back into UX Pilot’s "Global Edit," and watch your UX improve instantly.

Step 5: Automated Flows and User Testing

Finally, use UX Pilot to generate the entire app flow (onboarding, settings, etc.) and create a functional prototype link. To close the loop, have Gemini build a UI Feedback Suite, another custom web app designed specifically to gather quantitative and qualitative data on your new designs.

🛠 Practice Task: The "Zero-Prompt" Research

Now it's your turn to put this into practice. I want you to see how powerful these visual tools are for yourself.

Your Task:

Open Gemini and think of an app idea you’ve been sitting on.

Use the "Deep Research" mode to generate a market research report.

Use the Create button to turn that report into an Infographic.

Analyze the infographic. Does seeing the data visually change how you think about your app's main feature?

Give it a shot and let me know what you find. Let’s keep pushing the boundaries of what’s possible.
