Every time I start a new AI task, I want it to already understand the company.
What we do. Who we're building for. Our goals. Our products. What we've tried. What we've decided. What we're working on right now.
I don't want to explain all of that again every time I open a new chat.
So I've been building something around a very simple idea:
Give the company its own brain.
A shared folder that contains the knowledge and memory of the company.

Then every new AI task starts from that folder.
So instead of constantly giving AI context, you can chat with the company itself.
You can ask:
What are our priorities right now?
Why did we make this decision?
What have we already tried?
What should I know before starting this project?
Based on our goals and previous work, what should we focus on next?
The AI isn't remembering your company. It's reading from the company's actual shared folder.
This is not just for creative work
My previous systems focused heavily on making AI better at design and building a Creative Department.
This goes much further.
The Company Brain is meant to become a full company management system.
It can connect your strategy, goals, products, projects, research, decisions, analytics, content, brand, departments and company history.
So AI can help across the whole company, not just create designs.
Creative can work from the brand and business goals.
Product can work from previous decisions and research.
Analytics can connect results back to company goals.
Business can understand what projects are happening across the company.
Everyone starts from the same source of truth.
If you're working solo
The setup can be really simple.
Create one folder for your company and open the whole folder with an AI tool that can work with local files. I'm using Codex.
Put your existing company material inside it and let AI help organize it into a structured brain.
From then on, you keep using that same folder whenever you start a new task.
If something changes, update the brain once.
For example, if your audience changes from freelancers to agencies, you shouldn't have to correct that in every future AI conversation.
Update the Company Brain and future tasks can work from the new information.
The same goes for important decisions.
The brain can remember not only what you decided, but why you decided it.
If you're working with a team
This is where it becomes even more interesting.
Instead of every team member having a different version of the company inside their own AI chats, everyone can work from the same shared Company Brain.
You can put the folder inside a private GitHub repository and use GitHub Desktop to keep everyone's local copy synced.
Company Folder:

Departments:

Now your designer, developer, marketer and founder can all ask AI questions using the same company memory.
A new team member could ask:
What are we trying to achieve this quarter?
What decisions have already been made about this product?
What should I know before working on this project?
What did we learn from our previous launch?
Different people can use different AI tools, but the company knowledge stays shared.
The idea is simple
The files become the persistent memory.
AI becomes the interface: Your AI will keep the folder organized and will use the relevant info as context.
That's what makes this much more useful than relying on AI memory alone.
And I'm not trying to create an autonomous company where AI agents make all the decisions.
Humans still decide what gets approved and where the company goes.
The goal is to make the people running the company much more effective by giving them instant access to shared context.
I've now turned this idea into a full system with departments, projects, goals, decisions, company history, team collaboration and the Creative workflows from my previous videos.
Next week I'll share the full Company Brain for free, along with the GitHub repo and a step-by-step guide for setting up your own version.
For now… Have fun experimenting!
