The Company Brain is officially live!
I’ve been working on this for a while, and this is probably the biggest evolution of the systems I’ve been sharing on AI Tooltip.
The idea is simple:
Give your company one shared brain that every team member can work from.
Manage your company with full clarity.
Make your company AI-friendly & future-proof.

The setup is ridiculously simple
Just dump your existing material into the Company Brain “Inbox” folder:
documents
PDFs
brand guidelines
research
presentations
business plans
assets
notes
existing project files
→ The Company Brain folder is local and private on your computer.
Then open the folder in a new project using ChatGPT/Codex Desktop or Claude Desktop, and say:
Set up my company brain.
That’s it.
It analyzes what you already have, organizes the useful information, identifies what’s missing and helps build the brain around your actual company.
Start Solo then connect your team.
The Company Brain can simply live as a local folder on your computer.
Every new project or AI task starts from that same company context.
With every chat the brain grows.
If you have a team, you can put the Company Brain inside a private GitHub repository.
Each team member gets their own synchronized local copy.
You can have multiple team members and multiple departments.
Each person can interact with the same company brain from their own role.
Team members can have different permissions
The brain also understands who is on the team and what they are allowed to do.
You can make this as simple or as detailed as your company needs.
For example:
Add Tim to the team as a Marketing Manager, with authority to approve marketing material only. Onboard him when he joins.
You can get automatic company reports
One of my favorite uses is setting up a scheduled daily or weekly report.
You can setup a schedule to get a summary of:
important changes
new decisions
project activity
team activity
things that need attention
So instead of manually checking what happened across the company, you can have the Company Brain summarize it for you.
Visual Dashboard
The best part is that you can convert the brain into a visual dashboard, that way you can manage your company with full clarity!
You can simply ask:
Create a visual dashboard to manage the company.
Now your experience will be fully visual, which is much better than looking through folders and reading text files.
It can also update itself
The Company Brain is now an ongoing project on GitHub.
So when I release a new version, you won’t need to download everything again and rebuild your company.
The system checks whether a newer version exists and shows you what changed.
If you approve it, it updates the framework without replacing your company data.
That means the system can keep improving while your own Company Brain keeps growing.
Already used my previous setup?
You don’t need to start over.
If you followed my previous AI Design Skills or Design Studio videos, I added a migration system.
Drop your old setup into the migration folder and say:
Migrate my previous AI Tooltip setup.
Your previous brand, skills, assets, design system and other useful material can become part of the new Company Brain.
The Design Studio basically becomes the Creative Department inside the bigger system.
The whole thing is free!
